This bachelor thesis is focused on taxing of personal incomes business under a trade licensce. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical knowledge of trade business, income taxes and payments of social and health insurance. These knowledge are then applied in the analytical part on the example of the particular taxpayer. The last part deals with possibilities of tax optimization.

Bachelor thesis is the business plan for establishment of flower shop. The business object is the sale of the flowers and small gifts. The thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, analytical and proposal. Theoretical resources of thesis are described in the first part. The second part is analytical and market analysis is described in this part. The proposal is a self-treatment plan. This part comes out from theoretical and legislative business findings and is the reaction on market needs found out from the market analysis. In the practical part of the work we then apply the knowledge gained in the preparation of the theoretical part and at the same time the research of a sample of the target group is carried out according to which the effectiveness of the whole project is analyzed.
